Very basic hotel lacking services and comfort

Very disappointed with this hotel. My check-in was delayed because of a problem with the previous guest in my room. Even though the room was advertised with air conditioning there was only a type of humidifier to turn on in the room. Very difficult to sleep at night in the Goiânia heat without an air conditioner. On top of that I was awoken early by noisy works inside the hotel, and when I went to take a shower the taps were not working, so I could not even have a shower to freshen up. Without a doubt one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in Brazil.

Recepcionista péssima de atendimento, lençol sujo, serviço de quarto péssimo, só fazem a limpeza quando eles querem e não quando o cliente pede, elevador barulhento, estacionamento extremamente apertado. Café da manhã agradável.

no banheiro havia vazamento grande e tivemos que trocar de quarto. Uma das Recepcionistas, a morena, esta sempre de cara fechada, mal humorada e responde sempre grosseiramente às solicitações. As funcionarias da cozinha, também não demonstram nenhuma simpatia. A impressão que deixam é que são funcionários insatisfeitos.

Acho que deve estar fechando as portas esse hotel. Elevador interditado e nem previsão de conserto, colchões muito velhos, tive que colocar o colchão no chão pra conseguir dormir mais ou menos, os lençóis muito velhos, rasgando só de pegar. A única coisa boa é a localização.
