Our room was filthy, You could see a sheen of dirt on the bathroom floor and when we ran a towel over it, it picked up all kinds of dirt and black hairs. The baseboards in the bathroom contained same. The fan blades in the portable fan were also dirty. The bed was okay for one night but I wouldn't have wanted it for longer. We waited to the next day to show our filthy tower to the front desk and they informed me that if we had come to them when we first checked in they could have fixed it even though they were completely full and no housekeeping after 6pm so not sure how that could have happened. Shower was also dirty. We're pretty simple travelers- clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower- so won't be back here. On the plus side, the view was nice, and the restaurant had good food, friendly wait staff and reasonably priced.

First look was decieving. It’s an older facility, but a closer look shows it's very well kept and clean. The river right out the window was delightful. Staff was as friendly and helpful as could be.

Pictures were very deceiving ,the property is in serious disrepair. The room was not very clean, but mainly old and ugly. There’s a nice balcony that overlooked the river and that was a plus. I will fault Expedia for not inspecting hotels and rating 8.8 as excellent. Very old in need of upgrades.

We love the location everything was good, except they need to clean the rug. I like having the river view. They had everything we needed in the room. Love having the balcony. Good view of the river and the seals. It’s pretty quiet.

Stayed here many times & will stay again. The location right on the river is great! This time our room was a little dirty, there was long hair in the shower & on the bathroom floor which told me it hadn't been cleaned. At check in she said they were fully booked so they must have been in a hurry.

Our stay was absolutely horrific! It was just me and my good friend traveling, so two women. When we tried to check in it took a hour because they couldn’t find ours and a few other peoples reservations. Once they put us in a room, the last room available, our room stunk so bad of mold we had to keep the window and sliding door open the whole night. As we were unloading our vehicle their maintenance man continued to hang around and bother us, so we waited until he left to unload. Later that night we went out to go walk around the hotel and go down by the water, when we heard someone beating on the big glass windows in the pool building. We had thought someone was injured or locked in so my friend was going to the office to get help and I ran to the building to see if I could help them. The Maintenance man opened the door in very tight swimming trunks and no top. I was shocked to see him. He continuously stated he was supposed to be working but he wanted us to come in there and party with him in the hot tub and was grabbing for my hand. This made me extremely uncomfortable. I told him no although he was very intimidating and I even told him we didn’t bring anything to go in there and that’s when he told us that was the fun of it, we didn’t need clothing. That when my friend said yeah, I don’t think so! He continued to harass us and numerous other guests until he was removed from the property that night. Very scary. Hotel will not call me back to even discuss this matter!
