Blue C 401 is a spacious and modern apartment located on the beachfront in Coolangatta offering ocean views from the fourth floor and great resort facilities!

The light-filled apartment is located on the fourth floor and features 3 bedrooms including master bedroom with king bed, walk through robe, ensuite with soaking tub and separate shower.

The second and third bedrooms both have 2 king single beds each. The apartment is perfect for families, groups or anyone looking for a holiday apartment with space to spread out.

The cool, tiled open plan living and lounge area offers everything you need to relax on holidays, complete with comfortable furnishings, free Wi-Fi and smart TV to connect to your Netflix / Stan account.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and coffee machine (pod style, Nespresso compatible) and there is plenty of space for cooking and entertaining.

Step out to your private beachfront balcony and enjoy the lovely ocean views and breezes. This is the perfect place to enjoy Cooly Rocks On and the other festivals held throughout the year.

There is main bathroom with walk in shower and washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Blue C 401 ensures year-round comfort with ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout and comfortable, quality furnishings and fittings.

Blue C is one of Coolangattas most popular buildings offering fantastic facilities including heated outdoor pool, gym, barbecue area and sauna. There is also secure underground parking for 2 cars (side by side).

* Please note there is construction taking place next door to Blue C which may result in noise, dust and other disruption. Please contact us to discuss further.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 2 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.
 
Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

The apartment was lovely and a very clean, but there is a big building site right next to this apartment the drilling angle grinding the beeping which I can only think is the crane got to us and we had to leave the apartment. We stayed as long as we could but after one morning of the language coming from the site i.e. swearing we had to leave if it wasn’t for this the apartment would have had a five star rating

Couldn’t fault the property or the location. The negative for me was , the constant reminders of the many rules and threats of excessive feed if breaches occur. My group are not adolescents and are very aware of rental requirements.

Great stay in Coolangatta!

The location was fantastic, walking distance to all the essentials and just a short stroll up the hill to the Kirra lookout. I love my sleep so the blockout external Venetians surrounding the balcony were great at blocking the very early sun rise there, it's certainly something I'll be considering for future breaks!
