I only booked because I had to stay in Surfers Paradise at short notice for two days. I was so impressed that I am going back next month for a mini vacation. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Polite and friendly and efficient.

Massive fight in the foyer then couldn’t sleep at all due to kids partying next door. I complained to security who told them to whiten down which they did. Great hotel other than feeling unsafe. Will stay elsewhere next time

Room. size was very good but the room was tired. Furniture showed signs of wear, cupboard door over fridge had loose hinges, toilet leaked TV did not work. Compared to other Crowne Plaza hotels that we have stayed in this one was not up to standard and definitely did not merit the price charged

We love Crowne Plaza and have stayed several times just this year. No fuss, reception staff so very very polite, helpful and courteous. We only ever stay at Crowne Plaza. Keep up the excellent service.
