This was a fantastic place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. My son and I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, and it was beautiful and very spacious, with a view of the ocean from every room. We appreciated having all the amenities of a hotel along with the comforts of home (kitchen, laundry, and separate spaces). And the location couldn’t be better; it’s just across the street from the beach and a few minutes’ walk to tons of shops and restaurants. We definitely would stay here again.

Check in for property was very stressful and chaotic for all guests staying there due to not having a designated loading zone. Once checked in hotel staff informed of off site parking at $20 a night - which was a 5 minute walk away with luggage. Room was clean, tidy and had all amenities. Rubbish was visible throughout the hotel room and drugs from previous guest(s) was found very easily. Informed reception and told housekeeping would dispose of it. Lovely view and room besides all other factors.

very Disappointing NOT what I expected from a 5 star Hotel. 3 complaints checkin was a long drawn out experience, she wanted to know every personal detail from License no, car rego, Home address, email, phone no, & a photocopy of my License being in the Tourism Industry I know this is not so due to privacy & security, in fact I am a very frequent Traveler & not 1 other Hotel in the World has asked for all of that info. yes of course you give the basic info but not everything & especially not a photocopy of your License. no 2 complaint I was having a rest when a staff member entered my room without any notice by a phone call, knocking or providing ID, this was quite alarming as she kept walking in after I said why are you here, she then looked at her folder & said 2012, I said you have the wrong floor, 3rd complaint 10pm I was laying in bed when a cockroach ran across the bed, grrhh NOT Happy! the only positive experience of my stay was the swimming pool very nice. I did have 4 other bookings at this Hotel but have cancelled all of them

Nice place for multi-day stays

The 10am checkout and 3pm check-in, sort of removes that extra hour that I'm used to with 2pm checkin being the industry norm. Thought that was weird. All all all place is well located, great restaurants on Level 1 and nice facilities on Level 5.

Unprofessional check-in process

I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the check-in process. Although the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, I arrived at 4:30 PM only to be told that my room was not yet ready. I was asked to wait an additional 30 minutes before I could finally check in. This was both unexpected and inconvenient, especially given that I had already arrived well after the designated check-in time. In light of the delay, I politely asked if a late check-out could be offered as compensation. Unfortunately, the only response I received was an apology, with no additional measures taken to address the inconvenience. While I found the hotel facilities to be generally excellent, I was disappointed by the way my concern was handled. I believe a more proactive and considerate response would have reflected better customer service and improved the overall experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider implementing better procedures for situations like this in the future.

Partial view room had a wonderful view of the ocean. Very generous size, particularly for price point. Very well appointed for an apartment, extra baskets so you can easily wash a load of clothing etc. Coffee machine worked well and was intuitive. Really nice design with an enclosed balcony and extra layers of window dressing/curtains for the strong sun that streamed in. Staff were very relaxed and friendly which I felt was spot on for the gold coast and the finishes were "glam", but also looked durable materials that might last. This set a tone of "we are here for all" including visitors that might bring an element of raucousness or energetic children. Finishes are not too special or delicate for "your adventures to be our priority" vibe.

Great spot.

Great room and friendly staff. Heaps of space in room. Right on the beach. Offsite parking was 5 minutes walk away. Restaurants are 5 minutes away as well if you want to dine out. Get a lesson on how to use the lifts or carefully read the instructions. Would stay again.

Disappointing but great views.

Excellent location, fantastic views, but too dirty for an hotel at this price point. Almost no shampoo/body wash (and not the promised brand), same for dishwasher tablets, etc. So for everything, you have to call reception all the time. The room has blood stains, hair, dirty dishes, etc. TVs were not connected to wifi and it was a major pain to do.
