Check in was really slow and we were in a long queue that took an hour to get to the desk to check in. There were additional staff walking around and I am not sure why they weren't talking to the guests waiting to check in or have additional check in facilities. There was also no toilet paper in our apartment which I had to phone housekeeping to ask for. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay but unsure if we would stay again if we have to queue for an hour to check in.
