The bedroom includes blackbutt flooring, a ceiling fan with dimmable light, a queen-sized bed, mirrored built-in wardrobes, plantation shutters, second wall mounted A/C and a sliding door to a second balcony. The bathroom features stone flooring and wall tiles, a brushed gold sink, a spacious shower with a frameless glass screen, and a heated towel rack. A European-style laundry with a AEG washing machine and condenser dryer completes the apartment. Guests have access to the communal swimming pool and secure undercover parking. The apartment is located on the top level and can be entered into via the common hallway on street level or if you have a car then there is direct access from the basement car park to the apartment. Guests also have full use of the common swimming pool within the complex

Guest parking is available in the visitors’ section of the secure, undercover car park. If you prefer public transport, there’s a bus stop close to the complex with services taking you into Burleigh Heads in about 35 minutes and Surfers Paradise in under an hour.
