Great location

We have stayed at Beach haven many times over the last 25 years, this time we were pleasantly surprised to have a king sized comfy bed. Unit was beautifully renovated and lounge furniture was also comfortable.

The lifts scared our granddaughter the first night she’s 4 from noise of the lifts it was her first vacation we told them the next morning so they moved us It wasn’t as bad in the bedrooms we had to keep our door open to listen for the little ones not in the living area though you could hear it I’ve never heard lift like this in rooms before it’s a howling noise facilities were great rooms were reasonable

A very good property well maintained and close to the mall beaches and wonderful views. Only negative and one they are working on was the after hours arrival procedure info at the property was incorrect and the correct info was inside ! We did recieve an email but it arrived after we left and we didn't have access to to wifi

Pros: location, 3 pools (indoor too), great restaurants & cafes around, right across beach, amazing views of the ocean and bit of city (although the apt we stayed didn't get the sunrise or sunset as it was a bit at the back), tennis court and bbq common area(they get booked quickly). Cons: Apartments and furniture reflect aging, beds and pillows were not comfy, lifts had long waiting times and no regular housekeeping.
