Ok there was a problem with the room keys but the staff handled it very well, our only complaint is at the outside bar the comfortable chairs are up beside the pool fence and as the afternoon draws on it is too hot to sit to on them so Guys mix it up a bit, I struggled to find somewhere comfortable to sit down with a book and a drink as for your food sensational

I noticed mould under sink countertop in bathroom whilst sat on toilet. Room smells musty. We brought our own cereal but couldn’t eat because there weren’t any bowls or spoons and size of tea/coffee cups were ridiculous tbh! Very friendly staff and room was clean though and well made and comfy beds.

Good and convenient

Elevators were amazingly fast. Room was clean. Carpet a bit worn. Decor in hallway seems tired. Could hear every car noise from the 10th floor. Would suggest installing soundproofing balcony windows. No steam exhaust fans in bathroom, nor could I open the window to prevent steaming the mirror. Shower / bath was nice, but roof of shower was quite low and I just fitted in height-wise. You are doomed if you’re over 6ft. Would stay again.

Loved our stay. Pool was a hit. We had a room with river views. Comfy bed. Blackout curtains. Some noise from hallway but not outside. Bathroom/shower combo was a little dated but will be back again in January!
