On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area is furnished with care, featuring an open-hearth fireplace intended purely for decorative purposes, along with a dining table that invites shared meals and convivial moments. 1 bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The ground floor also includes a large, fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, 2 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a small dining table for informal meals. A direct exit from the kitchen leads to the veranda. The ground floor bathroom features a shower and a separate WC.

On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available, each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Both rooms benefit from individual air conditioning units. The upper floor bathroom combines a shower and WC within a single space. From the upper floor, guests have access to a 20 m2 terrace that is partly roofed and enjoys a south-facing orientation, furnished with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
