The town of Fishguard is around a 15-minute walk away, with an array of cafés, eateries and pubs. Be sure to visit the pretty harbour at Lower Fishguard, where you can enjoy coffee and a cake or freshly caught lobster at the quay café or try your hand at kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. Within a 15-minute drive you can discover Newport Sands, where you can swim, surf, fish, sunbathe or enjoy a spot of golf. Take a trip to the famous city of St David’s, Britain’s smallest city, at the most westerly point of Wales, with its spectacular cathedral and Bishops Palace. Numerous opportunities for water sports are available nearby to explore the dramatic coastline, such as surfing at Whitesands, coasteering and boat trips.
