Tervetuloa Cool Cloud Houseen, ylelliseen ja avantgardeiseen huvilaan, joka on ripustettu upeiden rantojen yläpuolelle. Cool Cloud House on vaikuttava tekniikan ja arkkitehtuurin piirre, joka vie sinut lähemmäs hiekkaa ja vettä kuin kaikki Karibian alueen kodit. Cool Cloud House on valmistunut kesällä 2012 ja koristeltu räätälöidyllä nykyaikaisella sisustuksella, ja siellä on 2200 neliömetriä ilmaa ja laajaa kansiota ja ulkotilaa. Cool Cloud Housen suuri huone, joka on ripustettu rannan yli, on jaettu kolmeen tilaan. Viihdealueella on taulu-tv, DVD, hi-fi äänijärjestelmä ja PlayStation 3. Keittiö, ruokailutila ja aamiaishuone tarjoavat nykyaikaisen ruoanlaitto- ja ruokailumahdollisuuden, josta on laaja näköala rannalle ja merelle. Ulkopuolella rannalla, talon korotetun alustan alapuolella, Cool Cloud House -hotellissa on suuri varjoisa ruokailutila, jossa on kaasugrilli. Grillaa päivän saalis ja ruokaile veden äärellä. Ulkosuihku sijaitsee myös tässä varjoisassa paikassa. Tämä alue voidaan sytyttää yöllä kauniilla sinisellä LED-valaistuksella. Amazing family vacation

Loved this house and hope to return. Great space to share with a group of 7 for a week. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of room to spread out or gather depending on your mood. Great kitchen supplies. We used the kayaks and stand up paddle boards more than we expected because it was so easy and calm in the water at the house.

Amazing Stay!

We had a wonderful time at the Sandcastle and hope to be back someday! It was very spacious and had lots of amenities. The beach and location were great! I gave it a four and not a five because although the pool was wonderful and used a ton many people in our party got ear infections, which put a bit of a damper on the trip. Luckily someone had some ear drops that we used until we were able go home and see a doctor. When going to the doctor they said it was probably due to a poorly chlorinated pool. I'm not sure how often the pool is maintained or cleaned, but I never saw anyone there that checked the levels. Even with the ear aches we still had a great time.

We have stayed at a few different house on the island and this was far and a way the best. You are right on an incredible sand beach and the pool looks over it. The house itself is very well kept and comfortable. We ran into a bit of an “island snafu” and both the owner and property manager were very concerned and helpful. The only comment that I might make is the title of the listing uses the word private. You definitely have neighbors, but your lot is large enough. We will be back!

Fabulous Caribbean Sandcastle

The house was clean and inviting when we arrived. The privacy of the bedrooms and bathrooms was wonderful. The kayaks and snorkling equipment made water activities fun and easy. The immediate access to the beach is unbelievable. The assistance if the property manager, Sonya, was tremendous. What a simply stunning place to vacation.

Wonderful vacation

Great vacation. Property close to highway. Although walk out deck and on beach in seconds. Beach chairs and umbrella would have been helpful as group wanted to explore other beaches on island. Would stay here again. Ms. Mattie (housekeeper) so sweet. Matthew and his company a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this property and all affiliated.

Trip of a lifetime!

Paradise Found 🌴 waking up to incredible views at the Caribbean SandCastle on Receivers Beach was an absolute dream 😍 a literal castle on the sand!! The house included every amenity you could desire, they've thought of it all. An oasis for both adventure and quiet reflection. Our family enjoyed the beautiful sunsets, paddleboarding, beach games, pool/hot tub time and hunting for sanddollars in the water! In water Happy hour and coffee on the secluded beach in the mornings was not to be missed! We loved watching sunsets from the hot tub and cooking on the grill after a day out exploring. The house is convienently located and is the perfect home base. Close to all the necessities but was serene and private. The best of both worlds! We flew into ELH and it was an easy (beautiful) drive but may try flying into Governor's Harbor next time so we can get to paradise within a couple minutes! Both great options. This was our first trip to Eleuthera, a special place indeed ❤️ thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We can't wait to come back to the Caribbean SandCastle 🌊

Family vacation

Three generations from college students to grandparents stayed here for a week. The place was very beautiful and the privacy of the beach couldn’t be better. Eleuthera is an island where you have to drive a little bit further to get places and there are major power issues on the island which is not the fault of the house, but I wish we had been aware of that as there were several long stretches where we did not have power. But if you’re OK with the remoteness of that type of island, it can be a fun adventure.

Highlights of our trip included postcard sunsets, fishing for grouper right off of the beach, and beating an x-NFL linebacker in a foot race on the beach. Can't wait to return to this incredible place!

Very private beach, I think we saw maybe 7 or 8 people walking on the beach the entire week. The house was very nice and well taken care of. Property is as advertised. I would definitely return to this property for another vacation. Our toddler loved having the beach and ocean right out the backdoor. Sonya, the property manager was wonderful as well. She was there to help us whenever we needed anything before or during the trip.

Three generations of our family shared a week of relaxation and joy. We played games, swam in the pool and Caribbean sea daily.The beach was easy to access and the ocean was clean and clear, We took out the paddle board every day and used the kayaks as well. The pool was refreshing and the hot tub was heated upon my arrival, as requested. A wonderful time was had by all! Thank you Caribbean SandCastle for a vacation we will remember forever.

Jaw dropping - in the BEST way!

The house was exactly as shown. There is a new house next door which is not reflected in the pictures. We were a little disappointed in the pool/hot tub. We paid extra to have them heated. The pool water was so low we had to put the hose in it. The jets were above the water line. The hot tub was basically empty. Once that was taken care of we used it the rest of the week. This home is a great size especially for a group. The beach is PERFECTION! Thank you to the people of Eleuthera for being so gracious and sharing your beautiful island with us.

The house was immaculate with lots of thoughtful details like yeti travel mugs, brand new umbrellas and beach chairs, usb charging station, etc. By far the best part though is the beach! Beautiful calm water perfect for our group of 5 kids to play in. The only part of the house that wasn't exactly what we had hoped for was the location right on the main road. This made it loud at night if you left the windows open on that side of the house but as soon as we switched to sleeping with the AC it wasn't a problem. The pool wasn't finished yet but we are already planning a return trip to check it out! Brandon and his entire crew were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Family Getaway

Location was a little too remote. No where to take the little ones for a walk except for the fairly busy highway. Strollers don't do well on beach sand. One of the toilets developed a bad leak but was fixed eventually. After a few showers in the morning the smell of sewage was overwhelming in the driveway. Lucky we did not have any odor in the house. No fault of the owners but part of Eleuthera lost water pressure for a few days which was an inconvenience. Drinking water also became very salty for the bulk of our stay but we heeded the advice of the owners and drank bottled water. Excursion from Eleuthera Outdoor Center to Spanish Wells was excellent and the most unique any of us has experienced.

A week at Sandcastle

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach was spectacular with virtually no one there but us for the majority of time. The area under the house is not useful as the ceiling height is very low and it is used mostly as an area to store junk. They are building another house about 20 yards from this house so future privacy may be an issue. Kitchen is well stocked, AC and internet worked well. There is road noise in the front 2 bedrooms as the house is within feet of the main road. While I give it an overall 4, we would not stay here again due to the road noise and the house coming next door. We have stayed at many houses in Eleuthera over the years and this one is overpriced for what it offers.

Great Week at Caribbean Sandcastle!

We had a great week at Caribbean Sandcastle! Our party consisted of 4 adults & 3 kids (aged 9, 11, 13). We flew into Governor's Harbor which was just minutes from the house, picked up our rental vehicle, and the property manager kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage on the porch since we couldn't check in early. The proximity of the house to the road was a non-issue for us. There is a small house next door, but we still felt like we had the beach to ourselves. And what a wonderful beach! The kids rotated from the beach to the pool to the hot tub all day long; it was perfect. We found some snorkeling masks under the house that the kids used. We brought a beach canopy tent with us and used it every day for shade on the beach, which I highly recommend. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed several home cooked meals. One day we bought fresh fish from the fisherman who went out right in front of the house - talk about fresh seafood! The beds were all comfortable, there were plenty of bath and beach towels. The wireless speakers were a great idea and we used them constantly. The washer/dryer were large and efficient. The sofas were not comfortable, but most of the time we were playing games at the dining table anyway. Overall, the beach was fabulous, the pool/hot tub were wonderful, and we enjoyed our time at Caribbean Sandcastle!

Cool Cloud Does not Disappoint!

Cool Cloud house is a fantastic home on a magnificent secluded beach. The home was perfect for 8 adults with 4 bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms, large common areas and well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning in each bedroom and the common areas worked perfectly. Washer/Dryer, plenty of towels and comfortable beds. You could not ask for a better location for beach access. This home is right on the beach and you can not see any neighbors. When the weather was windy on the beach at the house you can get to the Atlantic side of the island in less than 10 minutes. Fantastic beach there with crystal clear water and the softest sand imaginable. The only negative I could site would be the proximity to the main road. The back of the house is just steps from the main road on the island and traffic can be heard from the bedrooms at the back of the house. It is also difficult to back out of the driveway onto the highway with traffic going at a high rate of speed. That being said, the traffic on the main highway is not heavy. You have to remember that this is a remote island and things don't always work perfectly. We did not have internet access for the week we were there. We did use our iphones as hot spots and were reimbursed by the property owners. Overall I would give this property 4 out of 5 stars with the only negative being the proximity to the main road. Eleuthera is a must see destination.

CARIBBEAN SANDCASTLE - A PERFECT FAMILY GETAWAY

The location is paradise, as promised. The house is brilliantly designed, with two bedrooms and baths at one end and two more bedrooms and baths at the other. In between is open-concept with a living room facing the ocean, a kitchen and large dining area, and an entertainment area. The deck surrounding the house provides lots of areas in sun and shade. The infinity pool and hot tub are special treats. A tip about food: If you are vegetarian or gluten intolerant, bring some of your own food.The only disappointments concerned property maintenance issues. An electrical problem caused there to be no lighting in parts of the kitchen and all of the living room, so we couldn't congregate there in the evening. There was no heat in the hot tub. The safe was already locked and therefore not accessible. The doorhandle to one bathroom was not attached. The water station was not delivered, so it was a challenge for us to handle the very heavy 18 litre jugs. The property manager was there to meet us at check in, but was away during the week of our stay and so these problems were not resolved.Otherwise, this location is... WOW! The beach is perfect, and a large sand bar creates a gentle entrance to the Caribbean. The water is crystal clear, allowing us to see many species of fish including gentle stingrays and non-threatening small sharks. A boat excursion took us to a bay where we fed turtles and stingrays, and another where we fed swimming pigs. WOW!

Great home, with a few minor issues

The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for my family of five. A couple of issues, the communication from the Concierge they assign to the home was not good and she should be replaced. The reservation portion had great communication. The grill was so dirty and so much grease in it we did not want to use it because it looked like it would cause a grease fire. The Hot tub is cracked and leaking and has to be filled every day. The Hot tub blower does not work. They sent someone over but he had no idea how to fix it, he said he just cleans the pool. We wiggled the wires and it did turn on but never worked again the rest of the trip. The wires are exposed and the protective cover is missing on the blower. This is in an area a kids can reach it from the pool deck. The switch on the outlet is loose and does not appear to be on a GFCI circuit. Several of the glass tiles on the pool and hot tub are missing and falling off, a whole sheet in one place is coming off, leaving glass edges exposed where kids could cut themselves. Some deck boards are loose and will need attention soon. I have an ocean front rental home in Florida and I know these homes take a lot of maintenance but these are issues that really need to be taken care of by the owner and this would be a five star home. Condition issues all related to items I listed. I took pictures to post but unfortunately this review does not allow pictures.
