A equipe é excelente, desde a recepção até a limpeza, todos muito atenciosos e educados. O café da manhã também é bom, variado e bem servido. O ponto negativo foi a superlotação do hotel. Nossa estadia foi em janeiro, que teoricamente seria baixa temporada, e mesmo assim havia muita gente, o que impossibilitou aproveitar as áreas de piscina e os espaços de uso comum, que estavam constantemente lotados.
