The location of the Pousada is very good. You can walk from the Pousada to the main points of Gramado . The staff are polite. Breakfast is ok, but the area is very small with only 4 tables. The bedroom I was in was under the first floor which I didn't know about and did not like it. The last day of our stay there was no water and we were not able to take a shower or brush our teeth. The receptionist told us it was a problem in the city, but I spoke to other people that were in another hotel nearby and they told me they had no problems with water. No one in the pousada told us anything about this problem until we asked why there was no water in the bedroom. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You can get a better hotel or another pousada in the same area for the same price or cheaper.

O quarto só é limpo se você solicitar, a pousada é bem antiga, um café da manhã simples, bem caseiro. Dá pra ouvir o quarto ao lado. Mas de boa se você não ficar muito tempo no ambiente.

Adoramos a pousada,com estacionamento incluso na diária, café da manhã maravilhoso e ainda uma lareira tornando o ambiente mais aconchegante. Cama maravilhosa,quarto limpo ,chuveiro quentinho... Pra completar a localização perfeita,pertinho da rua coberta. Super recomendo.

Pousada com tudo necessário bem localizada

Já fiquei em vários locais em Gramado. De forma geral, a estadia na cidade é relativamente cara. Esta pousada estava com o preço na faixa normal. Ela é o tipo de pousada que tem tudo o necessário, é limpa, e bom café da manhã. Bem localizada, dá para fazer tudo a pé em Gramado, deixando o carro estacionado na pousada. Ficamos em um quarto família, e tinha um beliche. O espaço entre a cama de baixo e a de cima era pequeno, um pouco desconfortável mas aceitável. A pousada fica em uma subida, assim isso pode não ser bom para quem tem problema de locomoção. Wifi funciona bem.
