Muito bom, atendimento, café da manhã, localização. Uma dúvida é sobre a cobrança de taxa de turismo, além de pagarmos pela hospedagem, na saida tem a cobrança dessa taxa por diária. Paguei total médio R$20,00. Uma taxa simbólica,mas pague de hospedagem quase R$900,00, então não justificaria a cobrança.

As fotos não condizem com o encontrado. Quarto mal conservado, banheiro com aspecto sujo, janela do banheiro suja e com muito mofo. Embora esteja a informação de cama king, a cama era queen. Fomos informados que o hotel não possui cama king. Fui ao café da manhã apenas duas vezes. Na primeira vez, as bananas estavam pretas, maçãs murchas e laranjas mofadas. Diante da péssima experiência, saímos até antes do previsto.

Esta bom, mas pode melhorar...

O custo beneficio é valido. O quarto estava bem cheirosos. Contudo, o banheiro era muito gelado, nao tinha aquecedor. O encosto da cama tinha um pouco de mofo e o cafe da manhã tbm nao era dos melhores, os paes nao eram novos infelizmente.

Excelente custo benefício e o melhor café da manhã

O café da manhã é incrivel e as acomodações são ótimas. Para quem tem problema de mobilidade, não recomendo a pousada pois tem degraus para chegar. É importante perguntar se o seu quaro fica no primeiro andar pois não tem elevador. Ela é um pouco distante do centro. Fica proxima ao Snowland. Dá pra ir a pé. Adoramos ficar lá e são muit9 hospitalieros e atenciosos, um ótimo custo benefício.

Local silencioso e aconchegante

Os quartos sao muito bons, grandes e limpos, cama confortavel e banheiro espaçoso. Fica muito perto a pé do snow land. O ponto alto é o chocolate quente do cafe da manha, que é uma delicia. Local bonito e acolhedor, e funcionarios atenciosos. Recomendo muito!

Pousada nota 10.

A pousada foi maravilhosa, excelente atendimento, tudo bem arrumado e organizado. Nota mil na limpeza e o café da manhã é melhor que muito cafe colonial caro de Gramado. OBS.: As senhoras que atendem o café da manhã estão de parabéns pelo atendimento, comida, limpeza, organização e pela cordialidade em sempre se mostrar dedicadas a cumprir os pedidos que fizemos.
