The Tv did not work. Three of the 4 lights over the sink were burned out. Soap holder in the tub was missing and there was lots of mold where it use to be located. The mattresses were extremely worn. However, the staff was extremely nice when I cheked in on Saturday.

The staff are very nice and check in was easy. The room was clean only problem was the strong smell of cigarette smoke soon as the door opened to the hotel room. I highly recommend an air freshener or something to midi gate this issue.

It is not the newest hotel in Stephenville, but they have updated the property. It was a good hotel room, bed was very soft. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast is mainly cereal, but that didn’t bother us.

Comforter sheets are very thin and rough, the carpet was sticky when you walked across the barefoot, the fire alarms went off at 12:15 AM and 2am for no reasons. Also they only had 1/8 of a roll of toilet paper and ran out of toilet paper by morning.

I had to stop at this location due to some car issues, the employee that i checked in/out with gave me a ride in then morning to the car shop because of how cold it was.

Hotel needs some attention, staff are good.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable but furniture was worn and tv didn’t fit on table, was sliding off edge. The bathroom needed tile repair and looked like there was some mold. Ice machine was really awful looking, needed cleaning, had lots of calcium build up. Outside facilities needed some fixing up and fresh paint.. Personnel were nice, professional and accommodating.
