Walking distance to ski slope that leads down to the Kicking Horse ski lift.

Winter at Granby Ranch is downhill and cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and ice fishing. Summertime at Granby Ranch is mountain bikes, downhill runs, hiking, golf, fishing, swimming, and relaxation!



This beautiful corner condo is fully appointed and ready for 6 guests.The master bedroom and bathroom suite will give you both privacy and relaxation. The second bedroom offers many different sleeping options including a full and 2 twin beds. Next to this bedroom is the second bath. The kitchen is ready for anything and the cozy dining room and living room are great places to kick back. Step out on the deck and enjoy the day by taking in amazing views of the chair lifts and ski slopes. Aspens surround the private balcony and provide a cozy sunny retreat.


Across the parking lot you have access to both a hot tub and a patio with a picnic table and outdoor grill. You can also use the Granby Ranch pool and hot tub located at the base of the ski slopes for a $10.00 per person fee.



Located in the heart of Grand County, Ski Granby Ranch offers year round activities from Snowboarding and Skiing in the winter to Golf, Downhill Mountain Biking, and Biking/Hiking Trails in the summer. The Granby area is just 2 hours from Denver and offers some of the most magnificent scenery Colorado has to offer. Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake are to the North, Hot Sulphur Springs is to the East, Winter Park and Mary Jane are to the South, and Majestic views of the Front Range, the Continental Divide, and lakes, rivers, scenery, and wildlife are everywhere. Don't be surprised to see deer, elk, moose, fox, coyote, eagles, osprey, hawks, falcons and so much more. You might even catch a glimpse of a black bear! This truly is the Colorado you dream about!



This cozy 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Condo is situated in Ski Granby Ranch which is located just outside of Granby and in its own little bowl. Nice and secluded, both the days and nights are quiet with only the sounds of recreation around you! In the winter, just ski in and ski out of the condo. In the summer, grab your mountain bike or your walking stick, pick a direction and go! Take a short drive or walk or bike to 18 holes of spectacular golf. Relax in one of the nearby hot tubs or the pool just down the hill. Night skies reveal more stars than you can imagine, fall breezes rustle the autumn colors, snow twinkles in the porch lights, wildflowers define the spring and summer, and warm evenings invite long conversations.



If that's not enough, explore Grand County!



Hot Sulphur Springs is the County Seat, has an amazing Museum, and houses the original Hot Springs first developed by William Byers who founded the town of Hot Sulphur Springs and the Rocky Mountain News Newspaper.



Grand Lake is home to the deepest natural lake in Colorado and is the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Come walk the historic boardwalks, shop, eat, hike, snowmobile, and enjoy the majestic Rockies towering everywhere around you.



Kremmling is actually a high mountain desert environment and is a Sportsman's Paradise! Hunt, Hike, Fish, Explore.



Devil's Thumb Ranch is located just outside of Tabernash and Snow Mountain Ranch (YMCA of the Rockies) is located just between Granby and Tabernash. Both offer year round activities.



Fraser and Winter Park are filled with shops, dining, concerts, skiing and snowboarding, hiking, biking, and year-round fun.

This stay was everything we dreamed of for our fall getaway for our family of 6. I loved having direct access to a well stocked kitchen and laundry so I could clean clothes while on vacation. We made several high quality meals together and used the heated pool and hot tub. There is a very nice high quality city center grocery store within 5 miles where we couod easily purchase food or grab Starbucks. We didn’t utilize the balcony like I’d hope to due to cool temps in the AM. My kids were begging to stay one more night because they enjoyed their time immensely. Thank you to the hosts as they were impressive with communicating with us and though of everything their guests may need.

Disappointing. Expected better given the description. Would suggest that out-of-state owners (Texans) put more effort into overseeing management of the property. We noted the following: unit needs a deep clean to address these uncommon concerns when renting - pills/drugs found in crevice of sofa, throws need washing, dishes in cabinets covered with soap residue, loveseat needs cleaning, dirty and rippled carpet, dirty bath and kitchen rugs, bath countertops not cleaned, litter scattered on property. Also noted: broken window shades, old and flat pillows on beds and sofas, trash had not been emptied, provided with ONE K-cup for coffee, laundry detergent was empty, torn and bent chair on deck, no luggage racks, info and guest books need updating and refresh, broken lamps, burned out bulbs, broken and downed tree limbs outside of window, old and incomplete games and puzzles, no typical address provided in obvious place for emergencies, no charging stations on nightstands, no tissues... Just being honest. With some significant attention and improvements, this could be a good location. Hope this review leads to improvements that the next guest will enjoy.

Great location

The property was exactly what we were looking for as a family of 5. It was clean and well kept. It was close to a grocery store which made if very convenient. It was also an easy drive to Grand Lake and Rocky National Park. Would recommend this place to anyone!

What a great property in the perfect location! This condo is in Granby Ranch and you can walk or take a short drive down to the lodge where the ski lifts are. Since we visited late Spring, there were running races going on, mountain bikers, so many fun activities. Adults and kids alike will love this location. Sitting outside on the balcony is peaceful as a variety of birds fly around the Aspen trees, chirping and being adorable. The condo itself has plenty of space and the beds are very comfortable. Id absolutely recommend this any time of year!

Spring Break 2025

All was well. Property was just what we were looking for. First time skiers. Condo is a couple minute drive from the main lodge so going back for lunch was quick and easy. Very clean and comfortable. Linens were all clean and fresh. Ability to do laundry is a huge plus. Kitchen was well supplied for our breakfast and lunches. Only complaint is the bed in the main bedroom and the single bed in the second bedroom are not for me. I’m also used to sleeping in dark rooms and blinds do not block out enough light. Other then that property and location is an A. Views out living room, main bedroom, and dining area were wonderful. Anxious to go back next year.

Highly recommend this lovely condo!

It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the rental staff - very clear and easy check in and check out information. Fireworks view from our deck. Concerts a mile walk away. Can't wait to stay here again! Loved this place!

Great place to stay, but need to fix a few things.

Loved the location--very close to Granby Ranch base. Amazing view out the windows. One morning we were even visited by a passing herd or mule deer walking by our front door. Unit was clean and up-to date. WIFI was fine. Kitchen well stocked with pots/pans. Comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of dresser storage too. Loved the gas fireplace. A few issues to fix: - -Time to replace some light bulbs--one in the 2nd bedroom, one bathroom light, & the light outside the front door. -- The TV in the 2nd bedroom didn't get a signal at all & therefore unusable. -- One night while loading the dishwasher, the whole DW unit basically fell out of the cabinetry, crashing onto the floor. Still works after being put back into place. DW does not seem to be installed right. Probably just needs a couple screws to hold it in place. -- We were told in the check-in instructions that the ski locker is broken. Didn't use it. We would certainly stay there again but need to keep up on repairs.
