Very budget and dated hotel. We barely slept because the aircon was too noisy to use throughout the night and the train or trucks were honking throughout the night. The bathroom wall paper is peeling and you can see patch jobs with paint at bottom of shower as example. The whole hotel needs renovating and decor seems dated and tired. The breakfast options were very limited and served with paper plates and plastic cutlery. The tables weren't cleaned while dining and there were no staff to help when people struggled with the waffle machine, so guests helped each other. The location is good for dining, site seeing and taking Grand Canyon train however, cars were racing up and down the road Infront of hotel and some dodgy characters followed us back when walking to the hotel after meal out.

Grand Canyon stop.

Good location on way to Grand Canyon. Nice pool and hot tub. Hot tub is a little small, only fit about 5 adults. Room was nice with a mini fridge and microwave separated by a small wall from bed area. Bathroom was good.

We travelled with a large group. The staff had organized check-in so efficiently and were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, the pool was refreshing, and despite being across from train tracks, quiet. We watched fireworks from the front of the hotel. Quaint town with good dining options. Would definitely return!

Clean big room. Hotel situated at the west end of William main street (route 66). We stayed for 1 night on our way back from a day on the south rim of the grand canyon (1 hour drive) We are budget minded traveling couple and the hotel offered what we where looking for at a lower price than the options closer or in the grand canyon village.A good night of sleep to hit the road early the next morning. Continental breakfast was standard hotel breakfast
