Clean Hotel & Friendly Staff

Right when we walked into the lobby, we were greeted by a very friendly front desk agent. She saw we had a lot of suitcases, so she asked if we would like a room on the bottom floor because they do not have an elevator. I like how attentive she was to our needs. The hotel in general and our room was very clean and updated. Would stay there again in the future.

Good location, aged property

The hotel was in a good location, but it was pretty outdated. The staff was super nice though. Also, the air conditioner was sooo loud and I would turn off and on in the middle of the night and it woke me and my husband up Everytime. We like to sleep with the fan going all night and that was not how this one worked. For only one night it was fine though

Bossy negative desk woman

Ck in woman was kind of rude. We arrived at 1:30 pm. I had already completed the online ck in they sent by email that morning including the time of our arrival. When we arrived she strongly announced there were no rooms ready yet. Then she said we can ck in early for a fee. I made and PAID for this room in April so not a last minute thing. Either a room is ready or not. Also when we came back at 3pm I had to fill out the registration form even though i had already done so online including a copy of my drivers license. This was my 11th day on the road and the hands down rudest person I came upon my whole trip!

It was not the staff or anything wrong with the motel, but we didn't get much sleep because the people about us was still walking around after 1:15 am and we needed the sleep as we had a 12 to 14 hour drive thevnext morning.

Bedrooms were large. Shower was updated but we didn’t have hot water when we got there. They worked on fixing it though. Nice complimentary breakfast. It’s about an hour drive from south rim of Grand Canyon. Had laundry available. Had nice large bottles of shampoo, lotion, body wash and lotion.

Front desk clerk at check in was so friendly. We were able to easily walk the 1 mile into town for dinner. Property was clean, as was our room. Windows open to allow fresh air in as well.
