We got stranded in Flagstaff and chose this property last minute and we're glad we did. Everything was great (except the pool and hot tub were both cold).

Don’t even consider this location.

I’ll start by saying that we’ll never consider this destination again. Upon entering our room we noticed several beetles crawling on and near an outdoor access door-frame. I gathered (squashed) them and flushed them. We placed a towel along the lower area of the door as we could see daylight. The next morning things seemed ok until the weather warmed and the beetles returned. I went to the front desk and ask for assistance in eliminating the insects. They acted surprised that there were bugs. When they came to the courtyard door they saw 100’s of these beetles and offered a new room. We accepted the offer for a third floor room high away from the bugs. That next room had a “cleaning agent” smell that even with airing out overnight with an open window did not eliminate. We complained about that and were then offered a third room. No bugs, no odors but this one a finicky lock that would sometimes fail to open without assistance from someone inside. Other guests must have complained as well because we noticed some 24hrs after our initial insect complaints that they were finally spraying for the bugs. One would think that upon killing 100’s +++ of bugs with insecticide that maintenance would clean up the dead bugs. They did not. Two days later the bugs still lay dead along the walls and doorway entrances. We were offered zero concessions but at least they offered new rooms!! As you might guest it’s not fun changing rooms after settling.
