Everything was perfect. We ve been upgraded to kitchenette room free of charge. Staff was very kind. Location was great. Rooms in great condition, very comfortable bed.

Nice, large, quiet room, set just a minute from the trailhead. Dining wasn’t the best, but not the worst either. Reasonably priced food bearing in mind the location, but quality could be better - everything was a bit too dry.

The room was nice, clean, and it was as big as advertised. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Easy to walk to the canyon and the shuttle bus stops immediately in front of the hotel.

The room was clean and neat, but the beds were too small. We could have used a queen size bed. Dining options should have combo meals on them. Prices on drinks were too pricey. Need more parking spaces also.

Good and bad

Very convenient to every thing you might need. The views of the canyon was incredible. Our only problem was the noise of from the upstairs guest. You could hear everything.
