Very friendly management and we enjoyed staying here. Love that they are also pet friendly. We are passing through Williams again next year and plan to book two nights again at the Star Hotel.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Gave tips on what to do around town and overall seemed happy to have us there. The room was alot nicer than expected and would absolutely book again.

The perks about this place were the location, a great place for dinner was recommended and the heater and hot water worked great! The reasons I wouldn’t stay here again were we didn’t get a restful nights sleep. There’s something about 2 story structures in Williams that they don’t know how to construct a proper 2nd floor. We were woken up at 6am because of the people above us, you could hear them walking and the floor creaking endlessly for 2 hours. The bathroom floors weren’t the cleanest, you could see it wasn’t swept or mopped correctly. Next time I’d rather spend an extra $100 at a place that’s built better so I’m not being woken up by other guests after a long day of traveling.

This was a wonderful property, right on Route 66, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was extremely well presented and comfortable. With a microwave and coffee maker. Amazing value for money. I definitely recommend and will be back - thank you !!

The sheets were dirty with hair and stains. Let the motel know and they did not care. Did not offer another room or to give clean sheets. We left to another hotel and they would not refund our money!! Horrible situation!!!
