Great location, so clean and comfortable; located by the scenic Grand Falls, breathtaking views. AC unit had a noisy fan, which we turned off. Great breakfasts! Would always recommend it.

The proximity to the falls and the restaurant are the highlights. The room was clean but very dated, bland and worn. The bathroom was clean and welll appointed. Overall the impression is just very ok and for the price of a standard room

This is a very basic motel, clean but certainly not fancy in any way. The 'falls view' was not the same as was pictured. I found it pricey for what was offered to the traveller. We had expected a complimentary breakfast but because we had booked before the new owners took over, we were not offered the complimentary breakfast. The dinner we ordered from the restaurant was good but no ketchup included for the fries.

Great motel, newly renovated rooms, small but comortable. Reasonable price and friendly staff. Nice touches like bath salts, razor, toothbrush are provided. The keurig coffee station is appreciated (& the shelf slides out). They have environmentally friendly soap & shampoo dispensers. Not every toom has a view of the falls but its a short walk to the onsite viewing railing. The restaurant is terrific, beautiful view of the falls and good food. Be sure to eat here if you stay.

Very impressed with hotel and restaurant staff! Shout out to front desk staff on arrival May 19, 2025. Dola and Rachel from the restaurant were outstanding! Professional, friendly, and extremely helpful! Same can be said for Michelle who served me breakfast on May 20. NOT IMPRESSED with accommodations. Firstly the smell of room can only be described as Funky - an odd mechanical smell that no airing out could rectify! That room needs air fresheners for sure. The size of size of room is extremely small, in fact so small it isn’t possible to sit on toilet face forward or correctly had to seat myself sideways. And to top it off wifi was not working which also resulted in NO TV! Very disappointed is all I can say and definitely not worth the money I spent on that room. Coincidentally it was the last room on a 3 week road trip that took me to many nights spent in motels. This room was by far the worst room I encountered during my journey to the maritimes! If only the room could have been half as pleasant as the staff at Hilltop Motel and Restaurant!

Love loved the supwr friendly staff.. included served full service breakfast delicious! Very clean.. the view of the falls is amazing!.. only thing is traffic noise .. it's not called hill top for nothing and trucks and cars pushing the gaz pedal to go up is unavoidable...bring ear plugs or ear phone !
