For an older hotel it is immaculately kept, the front desk staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. Pool was sparkling clean as was the room.

Jennie the hostess on afternoon shift is personable and friendly! The owner/manager is a nice person, but this motel needs a lot of tender loving care. It is old and needs a great deal of upgrades/renovations! Although this has been our ‘go-to’ motel for many years, we’ll book elsewhere in future trips to Grand Forks!
