The walls are so thin in the rooms that we could hear every word the people in the room next to us were saying at normal talking volume. There was a heater issue that caused a loud banging noise for hours in the middle of the night. Outdate rooms.

Old property conveniently situated near I-29 and Highway 2. We were at the back of the building and wifi coverage was nearly non-existent. T-mobile cell coverage was awful too(obviously nit the hotel's fault). It was a warm dry place to sleep.

In town for Hockey

We were at the hotel for two nights... you were able to extend us when we decided to stay longer. Hotel may show its age a bit, but very clean and well kept rooms. Staff helpful and very friendly... Precious at the desk fits her name. We had a pool side room, noise was minimal we slept well. Thank you for a good stay.

The moment I checked in my room it was broken into and used by other people on the ground floor. I went to the front desk and asked them to please make sure the room is secure because the window is broken and a re-clean the room. They called me mid afternoon to offer me another room and then sold it out from under me and told me they couldn’t take care of it till the next day. The window was fixed the next day, but the room was never refreshed. Also, you will not be able to use any laundry services because all the day laborers take up all the washer and dryers from morning till night very dissatisfied. They could’ve fixed this with a few simple things and they didn’t regular customers are not their clientele. They are focused on migrant farmers nothing against the farmers, but it’s not for regular tourist.
