The room was clean and breakfast was great. My problem was the big indent in the mattress. I kept rolling to the center and had a poor night sleep. room 412. Please replace the mattress.

Staff was nice enough. Check in was easy. However, the heater in my room was very loud, not good for an exhausted traveler. Also, my shower did not drain and i ended up standing in soapy, rinse water. Not a fan of that.

The hotel is very nice and staff were pleasant. We checked in on 11/22 and out on Sunday 11/23. When we checked out, I failed to get my new coat, tags still on it, out of the closet. I realized it Sunday evening and called the hotel. The male who at the front desk told me there was nothing he could do and to call back in the morning, talk to Melissa, long story short, multiple phone calls, no returned calls, I showed up in person the moring of 11/29. I was told the maid said nothing was in the closet when she cleaned (she was cleaning 5 rooms down from us when we left) there was nothing in lost & found. My husband & I both know I hung that coat in the closet. I will not stay here again because it is obviously not a place I can trust.

Was given a room that was already occupied. Glad the guests weren’t in the room when we walked in! Can you imagine? Entry door to our hallway was broken and had to have a brick propping it a jar so you could get back in. The hall was freezing cold all night because of it. Horrible mattress. Won’t be staying in the future.
