We stayed for 2 nights (we were supposed to stay for 3 but NO WAY)! Came back to the room on the afternoon after our first night stay and the room had not been serviced. Called the front desk - they told me about a little card taped to the dresser that informs you that if you want your room cleaned you must call the day before - "because of CoVid" - are you kidding me??? Asked if we could at least get clean towels - "if you come down and get them"! Would not recommend this property. Also the elevator was very dirty! We moved to another hotel and would never consider staying here again.

Reserved a King suite when we arrived, no Suite was available, got downgraded. Clerk checking in said for the trouble she qas comping the room for us, so contact Hotels.com for a refund. I spent an hour talking and sitting on hold trying to get a refund, multiple emails. Later to receive an email saying my refund was denied. Without even a partial refund which I was at the least due. I stay at this Hotel multiple time a year for business. Not anymore and no more Hotels.com either

I came to this hotel early due to a family death. The staff was so amazing they allowed us to check in early to shower to go see detectives. The room was clean the food was good and they have a small area to buy snack and food. Thank you all here and i would recommend this hotel to everyone.
