It was ok. We had the family room. One bed was in the main room. The door to the outside had 3 frosted windows and there was a porch light that lit up the whole room at night. Beds creaky and not the most comfortable. Shower would go from nice to scalding in an instant.

No convenient electrical supply for work computer. Shower head squirted in all directions except out the nozzle. How could that be overlooked by staff without being fixed? I would not recommend anyone stay there for more than $79.00 per nite. Definitely not what you’d expect in a $250/ nite room.

Good location in the heart of Grand Lake, with easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park. Rooms appear to have been recently upgraded and the overall condition of the room was excellent. Staff was friendly, not much as far as amenities. Enjoyed our stay but likely would choose a lower priced alternative on our next visit.

Our overall experience was positive, especially with the attentive staff, the property's central location and the room's level of comfort. However, the property bills itself as a lodge but is really single level adjoined rustic cabins facing the parking like an old school motel which sacrifices privacy. There is a taco stand on site serving delicious food. And did I say the people staffing the property did everything in their power to satisfy our needs?
