Spacious cabin with guest house between Shadow Mountain Lake and Lake Granby. Short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, which can take you into Estes Park in the summertime. Stillwater trailhead less than 3 miles away for endless snowmobile and ATV riding. Access to all the lakes for fishing, boating, and water skiing is at your fingertips. Walk to the Roadhouse Bar and Grill, or make the short 5 mile drive to the town of Grand Lake for dining out. Open concept kitchen/dining/family room with gas stove fireplace. Cabin has updated furniture, carpet, and high speed Internet to make for a comfortable, cozy stay. Large mud room, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with laundry in main house. Separate guest quarters with outside entry to additional 3 bedrooms; 2 with a shared bathroom and 1 with separate outside entry. This 2100 square foot cabin has 7 beds, with additional full size sofa sleeper in family room, small single futon in main bedroom, and twin floor mattress in bunk room. Enjoy evenings on the patio grilling out and then relaxing in front of the fire pit. Sorry, but we do not allow pets.

Family reunion

It was well supplied with everything we forgot to bring. It was clean and comfortable. My grandsons really liked the chess set. There were two items that were broken before we got there. One was the tile in the master bathroom and the other was the soap dispenser in the kitchen. Also the can opener was not good. Had to improvise. Then we found the good one. That old one really needs to be thrown out. Overall everyone enjoyed themselves and wants me to book again next July.

The kids lived the dorm style rooms while the adults could enjoy the main house. It was nice and close to stillwater boat dock for getting out in Lake Granby every day. I would stay again!

RMNP!

Amazing stay for our large family and some friends. We used this location as a home base for a couple of days in RMNP. The location was perfect on the back-side of the park, and the home itself was excellent. The place is perfect for larger families as there is ample space. The home was very clean and the entire check-in/check-out was seamless. As we drove away, we all agreed that we would most certanly stay here again.

Great Colorado stay

This was the perfect place to stay for an extended family vacation. The separate bedrooms from the main living area were great for each family to get away to for awhile. The outdoor area is great for group hangouts. Everything was as described. Definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful national park stay

Our large group was well accommodated in this lovely and well appointed home. We felt right and home and comfortable. Access to the lake and national park was a great added bonus. Our kids loved playing outside and the selection of games in the house was great. The host was very accommodating and flexible with our needs. Would highly recommend staying here.

Family getaway

The house was great and provides for lots of beds when having all your kids and grandkids. We also put up a tent and it was awesome to sleep outside and hear the birds in the morning. The house has everything you need. We will definitely be back. A great place for a family gathering.

Cozy Getaway

The property is super cozy and slept all nine of us comfortably. Very well stocked and the hosts are very responsive. The listing photos honestly don't do this place justice. We absolutely would book again.

Great place!

This was a great place to stay! The house was clean and had all the amenities one would need. Close to Grand Lake and Granby so it was easy to find lots of things to do! The fire pit was a fun place for all of us to gather in the evenings and hang out. Would definitely come back again!

A great family stay

This place was perfect for four couples and four littles. We get together every year and all decided this was the best trip ever. Scott and Joni were so wonderful as hosts. They made the stay so easy and answered questions very fast. We recommend this stay to anyone. Very quiet place to relax but close to all the nearby attractions.

This is the best place ever

This place is awesome. The owners thought of everything. So many things to do with the kids. Neighborhood is amazing and friendly. Enough space for 15 people comfortably. Enough privacy if multi family (like us) are going. Highly recommended. 2 thumbs up.

Amazing Property

First off I would like to thank the hosts. They responded with in an hour of me messaging them for any questions I had. Check in was very simple. Upon entry you are greeted with a welcome book that is very detailed on the home. The book also included literally anything and everything that was available in the area. I am not joking when I say, literally everything. It was very nice and organized. The main home was very clean. Tidy and stocked for anything you could possibly need. Plenty of room for everyone on your trip. To make things better, there was a private guest house plus another bedroom. Very nice. The biggest thing I liked about the property, was it was all one level. No upstairs or down stairs. Was simple and really easy to keep track of everyone in your group. Although we didn’t get to spend too much time right outside, you most definitely could have a very nice dinner or lunch or even breakfast gathering outside. The property was so simple, so nice, and perfect. I will be contacting the owners again and have a more extended stay there. You are within 20 minutes max of anything you could need. Gas, groceries, the rock mountain National park. Fishing. Hiking, everything. I’m very happy I found this property and have already recommended it to all my friends and family. Thanks again to the owners of this property. Was truly blessed.

overall, our stay was absolutely amazing. Scott and Joni were very informative with directions and information on the area around the cabin. beautiful scenery and we were lucky to see some moose on the way up to the cabin. would definitely recommend anyone to stay.

2023 Ice fishing

Our friends and family meet once a year to fish the three lakes ice fishing tournament. We have stayed at many short term rentals and this one one of our favorites. The listing was as advertised, clean and has a nice atmosphere. The living room, dinning, and kitchen areas are spacious and can handle family dinners and fellowship. With the amount of snow that was on the ground before arrival and the amount that came while we were staying, the parking and pull through driveway was fantastic compaired to many other homes. Our friends and family had a great experience and we would recommend the home to anyone.

Very easy process. The owners communication is fantastic. Description of the property is spot on. It is like your home away from home. House was perfect for what we needed. We will return again next year.
