The hotel was very clean. Someone was always mopping or vacuuming.The room was great! The beds were so comfortable! The gentleman at the desk was very kind and helpful! They had the basic continental breafast. Didn't use the pool, but there's a huge community's room by the pool that could be used for parties! We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

The place doesnt look what it looks like in the pictures. Elevator was acting up we thought we will get stucked. The room itself wasnt good it didnt made us comfortable. The hallways looks dark. The staffs are very nice esp the manager susan. She was helpful in processing our cancellation for our 2nd night

The place deff needs an upgrade. My 8yr old liked the arcade upstairs. The pool was warm. There housekeepers need to do better at cleaning there was mold behind my toilet. Hair in the shower and I didn’t use it. People were slamming doors. The doors aren’t quiet. The breakfast was lacking and I wish I would’ve just went out for breakfast. Bed was comfy though.

We have stayed at baymont's in Grand rapids and they have been nicely updated, nice pools along with a hot tub and a decent breakfast. This place was the opposite. Breakfast was stale with very few choices. Outdated rooms. Staff was very rude. The tub had chipped paint, elite and dripped making noises all night. The pool was shut down even was advertised that it had a pool and hot tub but they just use that room for storage. Definitely will not be back to this place.

I have stayed at many wyndhams I am a truck driver and stay at a hotel almost every night that was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Full of crackheads prostitutes. The room smell like dog pee had a hole in the wall The tub had cracks in it so it was taped up I have photos of everything it was terrible that hotel needs to shut down

We called before arriving to let the staff know that we were going to arrive by 10:30 pm as we were going straight to our event. The lady who answered the phone said that they were sold out and cannot warantee that we will have a room upon our arrival. We had prepaid the room. So, we had to go to the hotel and checked in so we were not going to loose the room. We travel often and that never happened to us.
