The room was fine. Internet service was nonexistent. The front desk reset the modem twice and still it did not help. It says full breakfast when booking. No eggs, mostly carbs, yogurt. I did like they had grape juice. Other than that okay place to stay.

We were traveling with our dog. Apparently lots of folks stay here with dogs. The parking lot and all gravel edges of the lot were littered with dog feces. Very disgusting. The room smelled of cleaning products which was okay, however I spilled a little water and when I wiped it up, I could see how dirty the floor was. The floor was dark wood looking composite and had been swept, but not mopped. The floor was badly warped in the bathroom. The shower is stained from the possible rusty water. The interior doors were all dirty. This place needs some renovation. We would not book this hotel again.

The breakfast was not fresh. There was no coffee. Air conditioning vents were completely dirty inside the room. Walls around the windows were cracked. Maintenance was much needed. Did not feel safe inside this motel.

Breakfast was continental for sure. Online says breakfast..Sunday did have biscuits & gravy but the gravy was cold & the boiled eggs were well over cooked. In order to get more towels my husband was told he needs to take the front desk the dirty ones...came off as absolutely subpar. The day staff was nice. 3 stars.

Checked in with a sweet kind worker, didn’t catch her name, she was very informative. The room smelled like a urinal. The office chair was visibly filthy. The TV’s are small, the small couch was questionable. I had to keep the restroom door closed to keep the smell of urine in there. I only booked a room because I usually like the amenities at Best Western, but this was more like Motel 6. I couldn’t get a different room or get a refund because I had booked in advance and had already checked in.

The vinyl floor smelled like dried urine. The TV did not work even after the lady at the front desk tried to fix it. The remote control was taped together and fell apart. The water in the Shower was consistently lukewarm. The bottom sheet kept coming off the bed. Towels were paper thin. “ full “ breakfast consisted of biscuits and gravy o e day and cheese omelets the next day.
