The night front desk was polite. The morning person was NOT AT ALL. I had a meeting so my partner waited in the lobby from the 10am checkout until 11:15 when i got back. The front desk person told him he couldnt stay in the lobby and bad to leave evn though he turned in the key proving we stayed there. Also saw a bedbug in the room.
