Cet appartement est grand et soigné, mais bénéficie surtout d'une vue absolument magnifique sur la mer !!! Vous pouvez rester des heures sur la terrasse sans jamais vous lasser. C'est le plus bel appartement que nous avons loué et le prix est justifié. Nous y retournerons.

Superbe paysage, bonne exposition, aucune nuisance ! Parfait pour couple tranquille avec voiture. Parking extérieur réservé mais étroit, ascenseur, pas de WiFi mais 4G disponible.

Séjour magnifique

Très bel appartement avec une magnifique vue mer, du salon mais aussi de la chambre. Appartement très bien équipé, très fonctionnel, bien décoré, juste petit bémol, la taille et l'emplacement de la TV qui est relativement petite pour le standing de l'appartement. Arrivée un peu compliquée car les clefs sont à récupérer dans une agence dans le centre ville de Granville alors que sur le mail, il est marqué qu'il faut les récupérer à Jullouville, donc détour de 10kms. Emplacement un peu loin du centre ville, surtout en haut d'une cote, donc pour ceux qui ne sont pas en grande forme physique, voiture indispensable (mais il y a des grands parkings gratuits en centre ville). Bref, je ne peux que recommander cet appartement avec sa vue magnifique sur la baie.
