- DESCRIPTION:
The roof pitch flat, which is about 90m2, is on the second floor of a homely house. It rises on the northwestern shores of Lake Como, more precisely in the historical town of Gravedona, which is famous for its cultural heritage. The flat is 800m from the lake that can be seen, also, from the balcony.

Throughout the small hall, you arrive in the large and bright sitting room, where there are the sofa, the satellite television, and the dining table, near the kitchen, where there are the dishwasher, the cookers, the oven, and the fridge.

From the sitting room, throughout a corridor, you can access the two bedrooms, the first one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. In both bedrooms, there are some wardrobes. Near the bedrooms, there are two bathrooms, where there are a toilet, a washbasin, a shower, a bidet, and a bath. On the ground floor, there is a large garden, shared with the owners, which makes available a table and some chairs. There is, also, parking in front of the home.

Along the beach, there is the cycle lane, which associates Dongo with the lakefront of Gravedona where, in addition to the bars, the restaurants, and the shops, during the summer there are some shows and events. The territory offers, also, the opportunity to practice some sports such as surfing, swimming (the swimming pool is about 1km), sailing, windsurfing, kit surfing, mountain biking, running, and hiking in the mountains. In addition, it is possible to take the characteristic boat to reach the other beautiful town of the lake as Como (it is 50km), Colico (15km, where there is the railway), and Bellagio.
