My husband and I stayed here for our son's graduation from Navy Basic Training. They offer a shuttle service to and from the graduation but the shuttle from graduation back to the hotel doesn't wait long enough. My son was coming back with me for liberty which they knew about but he had to muster and sign out back at his barracks before he could leave which took about an hour so we missed the shuttle and had to Uber back to the hotel which wasn't a big deal. The room was clean, TV worked and had plenty of channels, employees were all nice, and the breakfast was great. The only complaint I have about the room is the bed. It was hard so I didn't sleep that great but my husband likes a firmer mattress so he slept like a baby lol. Overall, we had a great stay here and we'll most likely stay here again next year when our next son goes to basic training.

My room had roaches and the front desk staff didn’t seem to be too surprised. She immediately offered a refund and another room… I’m still awaiting that and a call from the property’s manager
A.M staff said that there needs to be and inspection to be sure but the PM staff never came to check and refused to look at picture.

The room could have been cleaner especially the bathroom. Not many plug in for devices went with my family of five and we were fighting for outlets. Still our favorite hotel and we will be coming back every year!

I just want to say thank you. My daughter was getting married yesterday. They let me have a pre check in so I could be on time. The place was amazing. Very clean and everyone was incredible. The owner even let me borrow an E Adapter for my rental as there was not one in the car. He also showed me how to set up the App to be able to use the charger. He even was there to refill the coffee when other employees were around. This is without a doubt " pride in ownership from him" !!! This was my best experience bar none. I will definitely stay there in the future when I visit my daughter.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. The pool was small, the hottub was REALLY small(like a real bathtub size), there was literally nowhere to park because 4 machines were taking up 10 spots, one of our 2 rooms had holes in the wall, several outlets didn't work, and the couch looked like it was clawed at by a dog or cat. Overall, I will stay somewhere else next time.

First off, I modified my date stay and got a confirmation email. I get to the hotel and said they never got the modification date and charged me for a no show. Then I asked for a room last minute and said there was nothing they can do or can’t give a refund.
