Renovated 170 m² country house for rent in a small hamlet, just 10 minutes from Yssingeaux and 30 minutes from Le Puy-en-Velay.



The house features a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, separate freezer, oven, stovetop) with direct access to a covered terrace and a large barbecue. The living/dining room offers a fireplace (firewood provided free of charge), a TV, Wi-Fi, and a large table for up to 14 guests.



There is a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower room with WC, and a separate WC.



The house has 5 bedrooms: 2 rooms with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), 1 room with bunk beds (90 cm), 1 room with a double bed (140 cm), and 1 room with 2 double beds (140 cm).



A garage is available for one car, bikes, or a quad. The 800 m² fenced garden and a 1,500 m² play area include a pétanque court, football pitch, volleyball court, swing, and slide. Free and easy parking.



Two adjoining but non-connecting gîtes (Le Platane and L'Atelier) can be rented together for large groups.
