Step inside, and you’re greeted by a surprisingly spacious and well-lit interior. The decor is modern yet playful, featuring clean lines, light wood tones, and pops of bold color. A separate game room where a neon sign glows with a fun phrase "Wild and Wonderful WV", giving the space a trendy vibe. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and frame the lush greenery outside.



The heart of the cabin is a cozy living space with a comfy living area with a mounted flat-screen TV. Just steps away is a small but fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and open shelving for easy access to essentials.



Outside, the cabin extends into the surrounding forest, complete with a small fire pit area surrounded by Adirondack chairs - making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring West Virginia’s natural beauty.

Quick note: our cabin is secluded and limited cell service.



Also, the tap water often has a yellow/light brown appearance due to high minerality levels -- specifically iron and manganese. We’ve had the pipes/well inspected and there’s nothing wrong with them; the presence of iron/manganese is normal in this area, and the water is perfectly safe to drink. We recommend bringing bottled water.

1. Cacapon Resort State Park (distance from house - 20 mins): Enjoy Hiking, Fishing, Golf and Swimming. Several trails, including the Cacapon Mountain Trail, offer great views and varying levels of difficulty. The park is also home to an 18-hole golf course and a swimming pool to enjoy during winter months.

2. The Potomac Eagle Scenic Railroad (distance from house - 1 hour): Take a scenic train ride through the Potomac Valley, known for its breathtaking views of the river, mountains, and wildlife (including bald eagles). It's a fun and relaxing way to explore the area.

3. Berkeley Springs State Park (distance from house - 15 mins): Famous for its natural hot springs, and you can enjoy them at the state park's bathhouse. The town has historic buildings, such as George Washington's Bathhouse, and a charming main street for browsing art galleries, shops, and restaurants.
