The Space:

Flossie’s Retreat consists of a lounge with comfortable seating, an electric fire, 42” TV with Freeview and DVD player, and an Xbox 360 with games. The kitchen/dining area includes a gas oven and hob, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, slow cooker and Ninja air fryer, plus a dining table with chairs and a bench. There are three bedrooms: one double with en-suite WC, and two twin rooms, each with a TV and radiator. The main bathroom has a double shower, basin and WC. Central heating runs throughout, with a heated towel rail in the bathroom for added comfort. Outside, there is decking to the front and side, a large grassed area, and private off-road parking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Please note, no pets and no smoking. A shop and pub are both within 0.1 mile. Hopton-on-Sea is a lovely seaside village resting between Corton and Great Yarmouth. The village is known for being a popular seaside resort and offers a selection of attractions including amusement arcades, Gorleston Golf Club and hosts the World Indoor Bowls Championships every January. Dining options include a range of pubs and restaurants, while you can stock up on essentials at a variety of convenience stores. Within easy reach of the village, Corton is home to the Pleasurewood Hills Family Theme Park, whilst to the north Great Yarmouth is a vibrant resort town with further attractions and amenities, such as Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach and the nearby Broads National Park.
