I book 3 rooms from 9/8-9/14 When we arrived hotel according to the address of below confirmation, but no hotel. We have to find other hotels with extra charge immediately. I’m keeping asking hotels.com to return my money since 9/8. But till now (9/25), no one reply to solve my issue.
