Check in service was quick and easy. Friendly entry staff. The room was only set up for two persons though booked for three. It took over three hours to get requested additional items. Some food items at the buffet ran out. Serving staff at the jerk truck very unpleasant. Loved the security presence. We felt very safe. The food tasted good. Grounds well maintained but almost institutional. Needs more artwork and accent colors to offset the overpowering neutrals.

Pros.. big property, many pools, nice rooms, nice staff, excellent food, ok beach, nice VR room, nice restaurants, excellent water parks, comfortable beds, nice stocked room fridge, nice sports bar and excellent gym. Cons... VR room has age limit of 13 for VR games, room has a bad odor from the bathroom area, it does not resonate into the other areas of the room just there, gym has an age limit of 12 and finally beach is man made with artificial sand.. very tough sand..

The property is beautiful, but the staff is the BEST part! Dhalia made sure my room was pristine and she was was so congenial. I loved speaking with her in the morning. My girl Antoinette took great care of me in the cabanas on the Princes side. She was my bestie. Rakeesh my bartender by the pool on Senses made the best drinks for me daily. I miss her. All of the customer service staff was amazing, particulary, Ingrid, Akila, and Garth. I have stayed all over Jamaica and this by far was my favorite resort! I miss my room 1127 and I miss the food and staff!

The swim up pool and spacious room was spectacular. The food layout in the buffet was very big and had many choices to choose from and the food was tasty. The many restaurants and pool options made our stay very comfortable even though the hotel was busy . I also appreciated many lounge chairs provided by the pool with shade to watch the kids and relax. In addition, the water was great for both adults and children.
