We were a little disappointed and expected a bit more given how expensive this hotel is. We had a swim out room, there was some debris in the pool so we were unable to use it on the first day but they did get it sorted. I was disappointed by that I must admit. Personally I didn’t like the beach and the sea was a bit rocky. Pools were lovely, staff were amazing, particularly the restaurant staff. Overall we had a lovely stay but in comparison to some of the other 5 star luxury resorts, it seems overpriced.

Overall, my family enjoyed the beach and the food options. Loved the jerk food trucks and the snack bar. We booked here because we enjoyed our stay the first time, so we came back inviting family, totaling 15 of us. The interior decor of the hotel is modern and beautiful and I enjoyed the breeze and views. We didn’t stay at the pool much, they are well kept and so many infinity pools. Kids love the water park and virtual arcade area and us the entertainment. The exterior of the resort facing the sea, I saw wear and mold on the exteriors. The beach has small rocks along the shoreline but once you get over that, smooth. A few family members had issues with sewage smell in their rooms that was reported to the front desk. My family loved the soccer/basketball field. They were out there almost every evening before dinner, playing ⚽️🥅along with the fitness staff. It was a memorable time and glad we came back. Hope the resort remediate their issues considering this resort is pretty new and rated as five stars.

Princess Hotel is the best hotel I have ever been to. The atmosphere and the ambiance is unlike none other, the staffs were very friendly and polite and very professional. The hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. Food was good at both buffet and the various restaurants, water park was perfect for the kids however I just wished it opened earlier (it opens at 10am). Kids club was very clean and equipped with various toys. Will definitely visit again.

The facility is very nice and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are amazing and perfect for a family of 4. We got the room with the bunkbeds and it was great. The kids pool area and center was absolutely the best I’ve ever seen. The staff was friendly…big thanks to Caulette and Shakira from the spa they were excellent. The Spa is amazing and had everything you could ever want. The gym was beautiful and short of nothing. I got a great workout. The food was good (but I’ve had better) but my husband thought everything was excellent. The only thing I would give Princess a low grade for would be the beach. It’s not blue water and as a Jamaican I can tell what a quality beach is. But overall it’s now one of the best resort I’ve been to in Jamaica.

Highly recommend booking a swim out pool room. The restaurants, The premium club, the kids club was fabulous with interactive entertainment for the kids. I have to mention we had a group of staff that were very kind and sincere and made our holiday excellent! They paid attention to detail and they were very good at hospitality. A special big thank you to: Akelia, Ella, Michael and Ingrid. You went above and beyond to give us a great experience at your resort. The lows: the lifeguards, the beach is man made reclaimed marsh land with installed rocks. I was with my child with small fishing nets when I was told by lifeguard Lorenzo that I would be thrown off the property by a security guard if I went near the rocks again. I was standing in front on the rocks where other lifeguards said I could if I wanted to do fishing with my son. Lorenzo, who doesn’t wear his name tag accused me of walking on the rocks, we were standing in front of the rocks which we were told was fine by two other lifeguards as long as you didn’t climb on the rocks your fine. We also had another lifeguard Kevon and his friend Alfred tell us we’re not allowed to wear crocs in the pool and we have to come out immediately. Even though there’s a sign that says wear flip-flops. The pool does have missing tiles and green algae between the grout lines. Other guests all agreed the lifeguards here blow their whistles way too much. We tried not to let the two experiences ruin our trip as it was very upsetting.
