Our stay at the hotel was average. Our room keys had to be rekeyed during a four night stay.The customer service was minimal however the lady that attended to the continental breakfast provided great customer service. There was great water pressure in the bathrooms and it was a nice touch to receive a rose on mothers day. There did appear to be a minor incident that occurred during our stay however no information was given to guests even as a percaution. The hotel can do much better with giving information even during the check in/check out process.

The front West lied to me and said they would have the person in charge refund me my one day i cancelled. I left at 7:30am and I couldn’t wait so I trusted them. I called Expedia and told me they wouldn’t refund me the day I didn’t stay there.
