This older condo has character and some thoughtful updates, though normal wear from age is evident throughout (countertops, cabinet shelving, and a notably loud master bathroom toilet). The master bedroom mattress was quite comfortable, but I'd recommend bringing your own linens or requesting fresh sheets upon arrival, as the current ones show signs of age and significant pilling. As a ground floor unit, there's noticeable sound transmission from the upstairs neighbors, particularly in the mornings and evenings. Be aware that there's also a dog on the upstairs patio with a high-pitched bark that carries through the condo, typically until around midnight. These are environmental factors the host can't control, but they're worth considering if noise sensitivity is a concern for you.The space has potential, but for my travel style, the combination of maintenance issues and noise levels made it difficult for me to extend my stay. Your experience may differ depending on your priorities and tolerance for these factors.
