Great location, plenty of free parking, front desk staff nice, spacious, clean, comfortable room and bed, air-condition worked well, no plumbing issues, clean bathroom. Close to indianola downtown and BB King museum. Great price. Average breakfast. will stay again.

The room was nice, but the breakfast was lacking. The waffle machine didn't work correctly and the yogurt in the frig was at least one week past the date on the cartons.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in, tub was black as the ground, we could not take a shower, the carpet reeked of mildew, your hotel should be shut down and closed.
