This is our go to hotel for when we visit Greenville. Nice hotel, good location and great customer service. The room is clean and breakfast is good. Could t ask for more.

I will definitely be staying at a Tru by Hilton again. It was super clean, beautifully decorated and had great amenities. The only negative I have was in order to join WiFi, you have be a member of Hilton Honors or Diamond club. I feel that WiFi should be a basic amenity just like having a TV in the room.

it was convenient to our family. Quiet and clean; was also comfortable. disappointed after staying 5 nights, i needed to extend my stay one more day and the on-duty individual would not work with me on the price (would have increased over $100.00 of my original rate for the night). I stayed in another hotel down the street. my wife did not like the soap or the soap dispenser (difficult for her to operate due to her arthritic hands) - she also didn't like the fragrance.
