pictures make this establishment appear safe and in decent conditions, however that is the dirtiest room I've ever seen in my life. We booked a non smoking room (because my wife is pregnant) and when you walked in it literally smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes. I don't recommend staying here. We left within the hour of checking in.
If you’re looking for a budget friendly option, it’s passable, but I wouldn’t want to stay longer than a couple of days. The staff were very nice.

Good service or attention on the part of management. Only thing we noted for need to improvement was just a little more attention details for cleanliness which probably was due to need for renovation because old hotel furnishings.
The owner and staff are very nice and they have done some remodeling in the past few months- they were even planting while we were there. Convenient to all restaurants and main blvd the location worked out well for us.
The pillows were perfect and they gave us blankets when we needed them. Towels were new and the room was good size. Price was perfect!
