The house is a single-level, accessible space with a warm, country-style décor, ideal for a relaxing stay. The open-plan living area features a comfortable 3-seater sofa, armchair, and Smart TV, flowing into a kitchen equipped with a hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, Nespresso machine, and kettle. The dining table seats four, perfect for meals or games.

The bathroom blends modern elements with preserved barn details and offers a spacious walk-in shower, sink, and separate toilet. A laundry room with a new washing machine is also available.

The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and full-length mirror, while the second bedroom features a sturdy bunk bed, toys, and a clothes rack.

Outdoors, the large, south-facing garden (750 m²) and terrace (22 m²) offer sun loungers, a garden set, and space for play. There’s also a secure storage area for bikes with charging points. For families with little ones, a high chair and folding baby bed are provided.

With two parking spaces and a secure garden for kids to play, this home is perfect for a peaceful family getaway. Pets, however, are not allowed.
