With Massey supermarket next door and popular Reduit beach an easy 20 min walk away there is no need for a vehicle

The Villa is situated at the corner lot of a quiet private safe location which is gated and has security personnel at night.
Open concept main floor with fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dinning and lounge area smart TV and high speed internet. Outdoor spaces include front patio, two upper balconies with outdoor furniture, Private plunge pool and back veranda stepping stone pathway tap to rinse off sand after a full day at the beach
Upper level boasts two large bedrooms each with its own ensuite and private upper furnished balcony. Both bedrooms are generously furnished
Available as a 1-bed suitable for 2 guests at CAD 322
OR as a 2-bed suitable for up to 4 guests at CAD 415
Either way your stay at the property will be exclusive

The larger master bedroom has a king size bed and a bath jacuzzi in addition to glass shower and double vanity, it includes cable TV
For 2 guest booking you have a choice between the smaller bedroom which has a queen size bed or the master bedroom please enquire with host for master bedroom pricing
Extraordinary features of the space include solar water heater, dual voltage outlets for both 110v & 240v appliances. 3 AC units in addition to ceiling fans
