This new and air-conditioned apartment, located on the 1st floor is composed of an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen open to the air-conditioned living room, equipped with a rapido convertible sofa for 2 people (sleeping in 140), all overlooking the terrace. Two air-conditioned bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds), with storage, a shower room and a separate WC complete the apartment.

End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Only kitchen towels are not provided.
