In Porticcio, just a few metres from the beaches and all amenities, Cocoonr offers this magnificent villa with a sea view that can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a main house (130 m²) with 3 bedrooms, a lounge/dining room, a fitted kitchen and two shower rooms, plus a flat (50 m²) with 2 bedrooms, a lounge, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. There is also a private swimming pool and a garden of around 2,500 m². Bed linen and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

To celebrate Christmas as if you were at home and open your presents under the tree, we offer you a warm, cosy decoration to make your stay worthy of the occasion, at a price of €120.

The villa is equipped with a modular clock regulating the use of air conditioning in the bedrooms, which operates between 11pm and 8am. The living areas are not air-conditioned.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Main house :
- A large living room with fireplace, TV and wifi box, overlooking the pool on one side and the patio on the other, as well as a 90x200 bench (one bed).
- Open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, deep fryer, food processor, fridge, American-style freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and wine glass set.
- Bedroom 1: One queen-size bed (160x200) overlooking the pool.
- Bedroom 2: One queen-size bed (160x200) overlooking the pool.
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds (90×200) that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180x200).
- A large shower room with walk-in shower and WC.
- A large bathroom with bath and WC.
The large living areas have natural air conditioning thanks to the large sliding doors.

The flat:
- A living room with TV, overlooking the patio and a 90x200 sofa (one bed).
- Open-plan kitchen with induction hob, kettle, fridge, freezer and Nespresso coffee machine.
- Bedroom 4: One queen-size bed (160x200).
- Bedroom 5: Two single beds (90×200) that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180x200).
- Shower room with WC.
The flat has no air conditioning, but is sheltered from the heat.

Outside area :
- A private swimming pool (10m x 4m with alarm) surrounded by a large terrace opening onto sliding doors of approximately 50m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The pool is unheated and open all year round (subject to weather conditions, opening dates non-contractual).
- A terrace of approx. 35m², also opening onto sliding doors.
- A lovely garden of around 2,500 m².
- Laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, hoover, ironing board and iron.
- A wood-fired BBQ area.
- Patio with garden table and chairs and two garden furniture sets.

Located in the heart of the seaside resort of Porticcio.
The villa is 50 METRES FROM THE BEACH. As well as all the restaurants, cafés, bars, shops etc...
The villa is a 10-minute drive from Ajaccio.

Public transport :
- You can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio - Napoléon-Bonaparte is a 10-minute drive from the villa.

Other remarks:
- The villa is equipped with a modular clock regulating the use of air conditioning in the bedrooms, functional between 23:00 and 8:00.
- Bed linen and towels included. (Beach towels can be hired from the local contact).
- Free WiFi available (fibre optic).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The 50 m² flat does not have air conditioning.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
- Use of the fireplace is strictly forbidden.
- A number of other services can be provided on site by the concierge service (car hire, home sports lessons, delivery of packed lunches, Christmas decorations, etc).
