Located in a residence secured by an electric gate and with a private parking space, this one bedroom mezzanine apartment has a veranda with table, storage space and fridge, a small living room-kitchen area with sofa, armchair, TV (French channels), equipped kitchenette (microwave, gas hob, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker), storage space under the staircase, shower room with shower cubicle, separate WC, a bedroom with double bed (140x190) and cupboard.
A steep staircase leads to the first floor where there is a hallway with wardrobe, a bedroom with sofabed (130x190) and cupboard, then the mezzanine overlooking the living room, with double bed (140x190) and a small desk.
Outside the pavilion is a storage box with parasol, 2 folding chairs and a beach chair, as well as a small charcoal barbecue.

Located halfway between Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan, the Ayguades district is appreciated for its tranquillity, its lake, its local shops, its market and its long and wide sandy beaches.
