Muy linda la casa y los cuartos! Aunque no hay recepción, son muy atentos para contestar tus dudas y necesidades. El área es tranquila y cercana a colonias más concurridas como la Americana. 10/10

No staff on site for check-in. Terrible customer support as they don’t respect the policy shown on Expedia regarding changes to your reservation. The room was so tiny and the photos provided aren’t even close to the reality of the place!!! It looks like the photos were taken 10 years ago and no maintenance was done whatsoever. Horrible smell of moisture and wall paint shipped and damaged furniture.

La realidad es diferente a las fotografías. Habitación oscura y fría. El baño no tenía ventilación lo que volvía a la habitación misma húmeda. Sin toallas suficientes, la cortina no cubría por completo la altura, así que el baño se mojaba todo al ducharse.

La habitación es agradable aunque el piso está muy flojo y suena mucho al pisar, no hay recepción, y se ingresa con claves No hacen el aseo, ni recogen la basura ningún día, no hay cambio de toallas tampoco. La colonia muy, muy tranquila.
