If your reading this I hope it’s not to late!!! Beware staff here went into our room during our only outing to go down to the lobby for breakfast and stole $800 US dollars!!!! The reason we came was to do a stem cell treatment for my son with autism and this is what they do to us! Please do not stay here we where being watched the entire time we only gave them a 15minute window while I went out to my sons treatment and my mom went down to grab breakfast for my daughter. This is scary! The manager here was no help after telling us several time they would show us the tape they never did! Showed a false paper with editing done and that’s it. We tipped all of the staff only to find out they left us with nothing!

Room had a unpleasant cigarette smell and accessibility to the hotel from the highway is unsafe due to construction. Everything else service was excellent, breakfast was tasty and staff was friendly at all times.

I wanted to give this place five stars but my family stayed here for six nights and two of those nights we had no TV signal. After long days with our 9 and 13 year olds they needed something to unwind and were left in a quiet room with no distractions. We were told it was being worked in but two days seems like a long time. Pool closes at 8 so we could not take them swimming . Quiet hotel nights for adults may not be too bad but for kids, they need their tv.

They attempted to scam me by telling me Expedia had not paid and charged me the full amount again in order to check in. After discussing it with Expedia I spoke to the same woman, Lourdes Preciado at the front desk and she gave me a refund but after reviewing realized it wasn’t the exact amount. She stated it was expedias fault which I highly doubt.
